Return/set the fully qualified file name used when ContentTypeSource = File..

E.g. WebX1.ContentTypeSourceFile = "C:\MyWebSite\mime_lst.txt"

NOTE: If the specified file is not found, WebX will automatically use the registry for MIME type lookups
