We will try to respond to all technical support inquires within
one business day.
Registered users
must include their full name and serial number.
Trail/Evaluation
version users are also eligible for technical support, but support
response times may be longer. We also reserve the right to limit
the amount of support for non-registered users.
Technical
support for Freeware applications is not available.
